Why per-user pricing if EZOFIS runs on credits?
Most finance teams budget in a per-user number, so every EZOFIS plan leads with that. Underneath, your team's credits are pooled and shared — nobody is individually capped, and the per-user price simply reflects your plan's total credit floor split across the users included.
Are uploads and storage unlimited?
No — document uploads and AI-driven actions draw from your plan's shared credit pool (1 credit per document uploaded). Everyday actions like downloads, edits, sharing, version control, and comments never consume a credit and are always included.
Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
Yes. Business (25+ users) and Enterprise (100+ users) both include volume-based per-user pricing — as you add seats beyond your plan's minimum, the rate per additional user steps down in bands. Your account rep will walk you through the exact slab breakdown for your team size.
What happens if we exceed our credit floor?
Nothing breaks. Additional usage is billed automatically as additional credits at your plan's rate ($0.14/credit on Starter; Business and Enterprise rates are set during your proposal based on your volume) — no service interruption or hard cap.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with "Start Free Trial." On Starter that puts you straight into a self-serve trial on your own documents and workflows. On Business and Enterprise, that same button starts a quick conversation with our team so we can scope your trial alongside your custom pricing.
Why don't Business and Enterprise show a price?
Both tiers are built around your specific user count, document volumes, integration needs, and deployment requirements (cloud, hybrid, on-prem, or air-gapped) — our team prices these, including your additional-credit rate and volume/slab discounts, directly with you after a short discovery call.
